We're Attending Pet Fair Asia 2026 – Temporary Closure Notice (17–23 August)

Our team will be attending Pet Fair Asia 2026 in Shanghai, China, one of the world's largest pet industry exhibitions!

As we'll be away for the event, Shortie Friends will be temporarily closed from 17 August to 23 August 2026.

What this means for your order

During this period:

• We will not be processing or dispatching any orders.
• In-store pickup will be unavailable.
• Express shipping will be unavailable.
• We'll do our best to respond to emails and online enquiries, but response times may be slower than usual and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Dispatch

All orders placed during our closure will be processed and shipped in the order they are received, starting from 24 August 2026.

Need Your Order Urgently?

To ensure your order is shipped before our temporary closure, please place your order before 5:00 PM on 16 August. This will give us the best chance to dispatch it before our temporary closure.
